Information we collect

If you submit a contact, client access, signup, or dashboard request, we may collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, real estate goals, and any message content you choose to send.

If account features are enabled, authentication and account records may be processed through Supabase. The site may also process basic technical information, such as device, browser, IP-derived region, security logs, and timestamps needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess whether client dashboard access is appropriate, provide real estate services you request, maintain account security, improve the site, and comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage, and professional obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry details to make automated decisions about eligibility for real estate representation. Dashboard access is reviewed manually.

Service providers

The site may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, SMS or WhatsApp delivery, spam prevention, analytics, and operational logging. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to the site and brokerage.

Communications

By submitting a form, you authorize Andy Lee Broker and CiRealty, Brokerage to contact you about your inquiry using the contact method you provide. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

Real estate records and retention

Real estate communications, client requests, transaction-related records, and compliance records may be retained as required or permitted by law, brokerage policy, insurer requirements, and regulator expectations. General inquiries that do not become client matters are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, security, and compliance purposes.

Your choices

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, email system, messaging channel, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit sensitive financial, identity, legal, or health information unless requested through an appropriate secure process.
