This website is operated for Andy Lee, Real Estate Broker, through CiRealty, Brokerage in Ontario. References to "Andy Lee Broker", "we", "us", or "our" mean Andy Lee and, where applicable, the brokerage and service providers used to operate this website.
General information only
Site content, calculators, market commentary, checklists, dashboard previews, and examples are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, mortgage, appraisal, inspection, or engineering advice, and they are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your facts.
Affordability tools are estimates only. They are not mortgage approvals, lender commitments, appraisals, or offers to lend. Actual results depend on lender policy, credit, income verification, property details, insurance, taxes, condo fees, repairs, and other underwriting details.
No agency relationship from browsing
Browsing the website, using a public calculator, creating a login, or sending a request does not create a client, agency, representation, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship. Any real estate services are subject to conflict checks, suitability, written disclosures, required information guides, and any representation agreement or service agreement required by law or brokerage policy.
If you are already represented by another brokerage or registrant, this website and any communication from Andy Lee Broker are not intended to cause or induce a breach of that existing agreement.
Real estate compliance
We aim to present advertising and registration information in a manner consistent with Ontario real estate advertising requirements, including clear identification of the registrant and brokerage. Registration status can be confirmed through the Real Estate Council of Ontario registrant search.
Where listing, market, MLS, or third-party data appears on the site or in client tools, it may be subject to board, MLS, CREA, brokerage, provider, and copyright rules. You may not scrape, copy, republish, redistribute, resell, frame, or use listing data except as expressly allowed by the applicable source and these terms.
Client dashboard and account access
Account creation may be available to start a request, but full dashboard benefits are reserved for approved clients. We may approve, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time to protect clients, comply with brokerage obligations, prevent misuse, or keep tools aligned with the services actually being provided.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate information. Do not upload or submit confidential third-party information unless you have authority to do so and it is relevant to the requested service.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private systems, submit false or misleading information, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or use site content in a way that violates law, brokerage rules, MLS rules, or third-party terms.
Intellectual property
Website design, copy, generated visuals, dashboards, workflows, software, and original content are owned by Andy Lee Broker or the applicable licensors. You may view and use the site for your own personal real estate inquiry, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit site materials without permission.

Links to third-party websites, public data sources, directories, review profiles, or service providers are offered for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
Limitation of liability
